Can I change the order of pages after merging?
You set the order of the source files before merging (up/down arrows). For per-page reordering after the fact, split the PDF and merge again in the order you want.
Does merging remove passwords or DRM?
No. Encrypted PDFs cannot be merged until you remove the password with the Unlock PDF tool first.
